Coursey & Company
Designing a development campaign's print marketing for one of CT's largest PR firms.
I worked with Coursey & Co. to develop print marketing of their Westbrook Outlets client. They were looking for an informational card that they could distribute at proposals, meetings, and relevant development spaces. We chose to highlight significant benefits, such as communal beach space, new housing developments, and financial opportunities for the community. I prioritized information in this design by playing with font styles, type hierarchy, and logo placement.

Revitalizing the social media strategy, focusing on organic growth
I conducted a quick social media audit for Coursey & Co., finding that they had low engagement across their platforms despite working with some of the largest names in the state. To build better online credibility and brand reputation, I developed an adjusted social media approach for the firm.

Working smarter
As a PR firm, Coursey & Co. has a unique leverage point when it comes to their social content: most of it is already written for them. As close partners with the media, they can simply repurpose relevant articles, posts, and photos to highlight their own success stories and major client updates.
Going organic
Rather than engineer a complex campaign involving paid search/social, I proposed that the firm use a journalistic approach to their content. The Coursey & Co. socials would almost function like a news channel, compelling users to follow and share updates on relevant state affairs. Journalistic content promotes itself, especially when executed with the right balance of informational clarity and visual aesthetics.

Putting it all together
I designed a few mockups and templates for the firm, organizing everything into a deck for leadership to review. You can see the rest of the slides below.
